OfferFit and Braze.

Customer engagement platform Braze is entering into a definitive agreement to acquire OfferFit, an AI decisioning company, for $325 million.

AI decisioning agents autonomously experiment, learn and have the ability to deliver highly relevant, personalized experiences, which is what makes OfferFit appealing to Braze.

OfferFit recommends individualized, cross-channel customer journeys in partnership with customer engagement solutions like Braze. OfferFit’s AI technology can personalize more than 100 characteristics within an email to promote new customer signups or optimize reactivation campaigns for inactive users.

George Khachatryan, co-founder and CEO of OfferFit and Victor Kostyuk, co-founder and CTO, announced the acquisition in a blog post on the OfferFit site

4.5 years ago, we set out to build OfferFit because we knew that making optimal decisions at scale is hard, and it demanded to be made easier. Likewise, the decision to start another chapter by joining forces with another company is always a hard one, but years of productive partnership combined with clear evidence that Braze is poised to lead the category in Customer Engagement made this choice an easy one.
